Leslie O’Hara

Vice President of Human Resources

Leslie brings more than 30 years of innovative HR leadership across the automotive, transportation, and consumer products industries. She has led large-scale business integrations, company startups, and newly acquired operations, most recently guiding HR strategy for multi-billion-dollar Greenfield investments including the LH Battery/Honda-LG joint venture in Jeffersonville, Ohio, and Semcorp Manufacturing in Sidney, Ohio.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business with a focus in human resources from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University of Ohio.

Leslie and her husband John are licensed foster and adoptive parents and are raising four daughters in Franklin, Ohio. Their family reflects a deep commitment to education and service: Liza attends Wright State University, studying to become an intervention specialist; Caty is pursuing chemical engineering at The Ohio State University; Alyssa is majoring in social work at Miami University; and Audrey is a rising senior at Franklin High School while also earning credits at Sinclair Community College. Leslie also serves on the board of directors for Ashton Biodiversity, a wildlife preservation in Newberry, Florida.
